Please provide the email address used for your order or user account so that we can correctly assign your withdrawal request.

Please mind our cancellation policy notes: The cost of return shipping shall be borne by the customer. Please note that TEPCO GmbH does not accept shipments sent carriage forward (unpaid). In all cases, the goods must be returned in perfect condition and unopened.
